Vanilla Blueberry Power Smoothie

This Blueberry Vanilla Smoothie is packed with antioxidants, fiber, healthy fats, and a boost of protein to keep you full and energized. Sweetened naturally with creamy dates and bursting with the bright flavor of blueberries, it’s a perfect blend of wholesome and satisfying. Plus, it’s easy to customize with your favorite add ins because healthy eating should always taste this good!
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries organic frozen have more flavor!
- 2 large medjool dates, pitted soak these in warm water for 5 mins if necessary
- 1/2 cup canned coconut milk we use the organic Thai brand
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed seed flaxmeal works too
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1/4 cup rolled oats, gluten free if desired
- 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk (or sub any milk of choice!)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high powered blender: blueberries, dates, canned coconut milk, ground flaxseed or meal, hemp hearts, rolled oats and milk. Feel free to add any optional add-ins to your smoothie if you’d like. Blend until smooth, adding more milk to thin, if necessary. Pour into a glass and enjoy! Serves 1. Feel free to double the recipe to serve 2.
