My journey with food began with my own experiences managing sensitivities and navigating dietary restrictions. My passion for wellness inspired me to explore holistic nutrition, herbalism, and functional food strategies, giving me the knowledge to create meal plans that support digestion, energy, and overall health.
I specialize in customized meal plans for individual health goals—including anti-inflammatory, gut healing, PCOS, hormone-supporting, plant-based, athlete, and other specialized nutrition plans. Q: How do I provide feedback or request modifications??
A: You’ll receive a complimentary 10-minute End-of-Month Check-In call. During this time, we’ll review your progress, discuss any adjustments you’d like, and celebrate wins—big or small—to ensure your plan continues to fit your needs.
