Finding a Simpler Way to Feel Better

Hi, I’m Angela Fazio! My path into this work started with my own health journey.

For years, I dealt with ongoing symptoms like digestive issues, painful periods, and simply not feeling my best while being told everything was “normal”, even when it didn’t feel that way in my body.

Over time, I realized my body didn’t need to be treated like everyone else’s. It needed a more individualized and supportive approach.

That realization led me deeper into nutritional therapy and herbalism and eventually to working with a practioner who helped me better understand and support my body in a way that actually worked.

That experience changed everything for me and is a big part of why I do this work today.

From Overwhelm to Holistic Wellness

I help people simplify what they eat so they can feel better without all the overwhelm.

After many years of working in fitness and navigating my own health journey, I’ve seen how easy it is to get stuck overthinking every decision around food, trying to do everything “right”, but still not feeling your best.

My approach focuses on helping people feel better through simple meals, supportive habits, and sustainable changes that fit real life without the rigid rules or extremes.

Q&A with Angela

Q: Why do you focus on simplicity?
A: Because healthy eating shouldn’t feel exhausting. Simple, supportive changes are often the ones people can actually maintain long term.

Q: What areas do you focus on?
A: I’m passionate about supporting the foundations of wellness, including a nutrient dense diet, sleep, stress, digestion, and blood sugar regulation.

Q: What does it mean to work with the body instead of against it?
A: To me, it means learning to support the body with nourishment, rest, balance, and realistic habits instead of relying on extremes, constant restriction, or ignoring what your body may be trying to communicate.
