Healing Ginger Juice Tea Recipe with Honey, Lime, and Cayenne

A bold, warming blend to energize the body and support natural defenses.
Inspired by Stephen Harrod Buhner’s Herbal Antivirals, this potent tonic combines fresh ginger juice, raw honey, lime, a hint of cayenne, and hot water for a powerful boost. Ginger stimulates circulation and soothes the digestive system, cayenne brings gentle heat to awaken immunity, and lime adds a burst of vitamin C and freshness. Raw honey rounds it out with natural antimicrobial support and a touch of sweetness.
Perfect for when you feel something coming on—or just need a kickstart to your day. Sip it warm and feel the glow from within.
